After Hours Call Centre Agent

Due to an Increase of support requirement, our Client has numerous vacancies to provide after hours administrative support to site management & personnel in the areas of administration, data processing and maintenance management system for existing contracts. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of the position include:

An employee who is capable of performing any of the following within that employee's skill and competence:-

  • Completing all call centre duties autonomously and providing occasional supervision and support to other service centre agents,
  • Competence in receiving, logging and responding to emergency calls, SCADA alarms and general customer queries as required,
  • Ability to use Hansen, GIS, radio and phone services and other tools as required,
  • Knowledge and understanding of the work processes required by emergency response teams
  •  Occasional supervision and support of Level 1 service attendants;
  • Ability to accurately and effectively navigate and enter job data into the relevant information systems
  • Assisting in the management of fatigue and technicians working during emergency response events as per the client’s fatigue management policy,
  •  Training Requisite - Basic Company provided and /or approved training courses   at a level required by the Company
  • Process all access requests including applications, IT systems, phone systems, inductions.
  • Data entry as required.
  •  Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Assist with quality system audits and compliance.
  • Complete bulk flow-meter reading program as required.
  • Driving a company provided vehicle associated with any of the above tasks 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Experience in a previous administrative, call centre of customer service position is desirable
  •  Relevant qualifications in business administration, call centre or customer service are desirable
  •  Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise work according to operational deadlines.
  • Must be proactive in their approach to work.
  •  High level of skill in computer software such as office, database and GIS tools.
  • High level of attention to detail and initiative.
